Field Audit Engineer – Reclamation

About the role

The Field Audit Engineer will lead on‑site technical and engineering activities for reclamation projects, ensuring that project objectives, safety standards and quality expectations are met. This role reports to the project manager and works closely with contractors, clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project activities to meet deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee on‑site technical matters related to reclamation works.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
• Supervise daily site operations, including subcontractor work, safety and quality control.
• Attend meetings and liaise with contractors, clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, report potential delays and propose mitigation measures.
• Maintain the project Risk Log and ensure risks are mitigated.
• Prepare regular project and managerial reports.
• Support operational activities, project phase reviews, costing and financial assessments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental policies and company QA procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi‑disciplinary project management for port development, land reclamation or large‑scale coastal engineering.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage project‑base assignments.
• Willingness to be based in Manila.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Ability to use AutoCAD.
