Field Audit Engineer – QA/QC Water Supply & Sewerage

About the role

The Field Audit Engineer will lead on‑site technical and engineering activities for water supply and sewerage infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project activities to meet objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee on‑site technical matters related to water supply and sewerage works.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
• Supervise daily site operations, including subcontractor work, safety and quality control.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients and internal teams through meetings and reports.
• Monitor progress, flag potential delays and propose mitigation measures.
• Maintain and update the project Risk Log.
• Prepare regular project and managerial reports.
• Support operational activities, cost assessments and financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental policies and company QA/BMS procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of multidisciplinary infrastructure project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD preferred.
• Experience in risk assessment, environmental impact assessments, site supervision and contract administration.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities, able to meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work on a project‑base in Manila.
