Field Architect

About the role

The Field Architect will lead all phases of construction projects, from concept design through to final construction documents. Working closely with engineers, contractors, and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute architectural designs and construction plans for diverse projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with local building standards, including the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096).
• Collaborate with clients to translate their needs into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify compliance with design specifications.
• Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently.
• Revise and update designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

Required profile

• Licensed and registered Architect in the Philippines.
• Proven experience in the construction or real‑estate industry within the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines and other relevant local regulations.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
• Willingness to travel across project sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Revit or similar BIM software.
