Executive Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Executive Recruiter to support hiring across all business functions for our BPO clients. The role focuses on sourcing, candidate engagement, prescreening, and interview coordination for a wide range of positions, from IT & Tech to senior executive roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, referrals and other online job boards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Conduct initial prescreening and qualification checks.
• Endorse qualified candidates to internal recruiters and hiring teams.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure high candidate attendance rates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and sourcing reports.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to meet monthly hiring targets.
• Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously across different levels and departments.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Prior BPO recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook and other platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple openings at once.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and numbers‑driven.
• Comfortable working under hiring targets and deadlines.
• Self‑motivated with strong follow‑through and accountability.
