Executive Driver

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Driver to safely transport executives, employees and clients for Xpress, a fast‑growing mobility platform in the Philippines. The role involves providing premium customer service, handling light errands and ensuring the vehicle is well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Transport executives, company staff and clients to their destinations promptly and safely.
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating passenger needs and addressing concerns.
• Deliver packages and perform light courier tasks as required.
• Operate the vehicle responsibly, keep it clean and in good working condition.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections, report issues and arrange timely servicing.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption and other vehicle data.
• Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations.
• Renew and maintain a valid professional driver’s license.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations.

Required profile

• College level or high school graduate.
• Valid Professional Driver’s License; PACP certification is a plus.
• Minimum three years of driving experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and flexible hours.
• Good verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila routes and nearby provinces.
• Physically fit.
