Executive Director

About the role

The Executive Director will lead GoBro PH’s strategic vision and oversee daily operations from our Angeles office, with flexibility to work remotely as needed. This senior position drives growth, aligns cross‑functional teams, and ensures the company delivers high‑quality web, marketing and administrative services to its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term business strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams across technology, marketing and administration.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting to sustain profitable growth.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic management, business development and team leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Leadership experience in technology or web‑services environments is preferred.
