Entry-Level Associate Accountant

About the role

The Associate Accountant is an entry‑level professional who applies basic accounting principles to support the finance department. Working under close supervision, you will perform routine accounting tasks while learning Allegro’s financial processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Assist with month‑end close by reconciling basic balance‑sheet accounts.
• Execute specific accounting tasks following detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Document work clearly for review and integration into the monthly accounting cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting principles (U.S. GAAP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset.
