Electrical Technician – Industrial Fans & Blowers

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join Aerovent Fans and Blowers Manufacturing in Manila. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial fans, blowers, and motor controllers within a fast‑growing manufacturing environment. The position provides hands‑on training and a clear path for career development in industrial electrical maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial fans and blowers.
• Service and troubleshoot industrial motor controllers.
• Install, commission, and maintain ventilating equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical motor control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all electrical work.

Required profile

• Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
• Hardworking, responsible and eager to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Vocational graduate or technical education is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn design, assembly and repair of industrial motor controllers.
