About the role
The E‑Commerce Specialist will drive growth for our direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) channel by managing Shopify, optimizing organic search, and executing paid media campaigns. Working closely with the E‑Commerce Manager, you will translate strategy into measurable results and continuously improve traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain product pages, collections, and landing pages on Shopify, ensuring conversion‑focused design and SEO best practices.
- Manage Shopify apps and site functionality to enhance user experience.
- Execute merchandising and CRO initiatives, creating promotional landing pages and monitoring site performance.
- Collaborate on SEO strategy, conduct keyword research, and optimize on‑page elements, product listings, and category structures.
- Support Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display), handling keyword research, bid management, and performance monitoring.
- Track and analyze performance across Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO, and paid media, providing regular insights to the E‑Commerce Manager.
- Assist cross‑functional teams (design, marketing, customer service) and handle ad‑hoc e‑commerce projects.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in an e‑commerce or DTC environment.
- Hands‑on expertise with Shopify product management, collections, and app integration.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on‑page optimization and basic technical SEO.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably Search and Shopping.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
