E-Commerce Specialist – Shopify, SEO & Paid Media

About the role

The E‑Commerce Specialist will drive growth for our direct‑to‑consumer channel by managing Shopify operations, improving organic search performance, and executing paid media campaigns. Working closely with the E‑Commerce Manager, you will translate strategy into measurable results and continuously seek ways to boost traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain product pages, collections, and landing pages on Shopify, optimizing for conversion and SEO.
• Manage Shopify apps and site functionality to enhance user experience.
• Execute merchandising strategies, create promotional landing pages, and monitor site performance.
• Develop and implement SEO tactics, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and content initiatives.
• Support Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display) with setup, keyword research, bid optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Track and analyze data across Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO, and paid media to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular performance updates to the E‑Commerce Manager and collaborate with design, marketing, and customer service teams.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in an eCommerce or DTC environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with Shopify product management, collections, and apps.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and basic technical SEO.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably Search and Shopping.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
