Director of Manufacturing

About the role

The client, a global food consumer company, is seeking a committed and passionate Director of Manufacturing to oversee operations at its Cebu and Parañaque City sites. Reporting directly to the Head of Plant, the role ensures timely, full delivery of finished goods while meeting quality, safety, and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily plant activities and coordinate production schedules across both sites.
• Guarantee on‑time, in‑full delivery of finished goods that comply with quality and safety standards.
• Achieve financial targets through effective resource management.
• Oversee integrated safety and quality systems and ensure compliance with global manufacturing standards.
• Develop and mentor potential leaders and talent within the team.
• Maintain plant efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Science, Engineering, Food Science & Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, plant management, technical or production management within manufacturing, preferably food production.
• Supply‑chain experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide within the Philippines.
• Legal eligibility to work in the Philippines.
