Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Beepo is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support its MemberBoat platform and client organisations. This remote position offers the chance to work on multi‑channel campaigns, from email to social media, while collaborating with a diverse, international team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content on various social platforms.
• Manage email marketing, newsletters, and automated communication journeys.
• Prepare and coordinate campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency.
• Create graphics and visual content using Canva or similar tools.
• Help produce blog posts, thought‑leadership pieces, and repurpose existing content.
• Promote programs, events, and webinars for professional association clients.
• Track basic engagement metrics and update website content as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Campaign Monitor.
• Social media content scheduling and community engagement experience, including LinkedIn.
• Graphic design or visual content creation experience using Canva or similar.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other website CMS.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
