DevOps Tools Developer

About the role

Kambi Philippines is seeking a DevOps Tools Developer to build internal tools, automations, and integrations that enhance reliability, observability, and operational efficiency across the organisation. You will collaborate with multiple teams to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and support mission‑critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop internal tools and automation scripts to improve system reliability and response efficiency.
• Provide technical support for tools, dashboards, and systems used by local and remote offices.
• Diagnose issues, coordinate fixes, and support operators to ensure smooth user experiences.
• Create and maintain monitoring dashboards, metrics, alerts, and health‑checks.
• Troubleshoot applications and servers, perform root‑cause analysis, and handle escalations.
• Integrate third‑party platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack to automate workflows.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using Puppet, Bash scripts, and cloud services (AWS).
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, runbooks, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience providing local or remote IT support.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Intermediate Linux background (Ubuntu/Debian).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
