DevOps Engineer

About the role

The DevOps Engineer will design, build, and maintain the tools and infrastructure that enable continuous integration, delivery, and deployment across our development teams. Based in Manila, you will work closely with cross‑functional groups to automate workflows, improve reliability, and ensure security throughout the software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain cloud‑based infrastructure and container orchestration platforms.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Evaluate, adopt, and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance development processes.
• Document processes, best practices, and knowledge‑sharing materials.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing guidance and solutions to complex problems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Active participation in team discussions and problem‑solving.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Expertise in DevOps principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
• Familiarity with security best practices in software deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimise complex systems for performance and reliability.
