DevOps Engineer

About the role

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an IT DevOps Operations Engineer to manage and secure its production environment, respond to incidents, and automate repetitive tasks. You will work in a diverse, fast‑moving banking technology team, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.

Key responsibilities

• Incident and problem management, including Level 1 support and triaging.
• Stakeholder and customer management, providing solutions and guidance.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and performance monitoring of applications and infrastructure.
• Trend analysis, capacity planning and technical risk assessments.
• Ensuring system availability, reliability and compliance through health assessments and certificate management.
• Designing, building and maintaining automation bots/runners to streamline tasks across infrastructure and applications.

Required profile

• Proficient experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong incident and problem‑management skills.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Experience with cloud solutions (Azure).
• Accountable, ownership‑driven and able to stay composed under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in an Agile environment.

Required skills

• Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Azure DevOps and Azure cloud platform.
• CI/CD, Git, YAML and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Automation scripting with Terraform, Bash and Python.
• Understanding of microservices, event‑driven architectures and REST APIs.
