Cybersecurity Senior Manager – Hybrid (Up to 300K Salary)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead the delivery of managed security services for a global accounting firm in Taguig. The role combines strategic advisory, operational excellence, and team leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee managed cybersecurity services across multiple domains, ensuring high performance and quality.
• Develop and implement incident management strategies and continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address evolving threats and industry trends.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Communicate service performance, risks, and insights to stakeholders and drive decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in managed security services.
• Proven leadership in complex cybersecurity operations.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare or life sciences is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
