Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, timely support via email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve user issues across Accounts & Billing, Print, and Technical Support with empathy and efficiency.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to improve response speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex problems.
• Maintain performance metrics while keeping a human‑first approach.
• Adapt to a 24/7 shift schedule, including holidays and onsite work.

Required profile

• Experience in inbound/outbound email, chat, and phone support, preferably in technical or B2B environments.
• Comfortable handling live conversations and thinking on your feet.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI tools in daily workflows.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume settings and stay organized under pressure.
• Collaborative team player with strong ownership and self‑motivation.
