Customer Service Representative I

About the role

This position provides professional solutions to HPE end‑users, dealers and service providers by handling escalated cases received via telephone and written correspondence. It also serves as an escalation point for field employees, executives and channel partners on customer‑satisfaction issues.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve unresolved escalated case issues for customers, dealers and service providers.
• Act as the escalation link for field staff, executives and channel partners regarding availability, pricing, product safety, and complaints.
• Provide information, analysis and recommendations to support team efforts.
• Exercise independent judgment within defined parameters while adhering to company processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 1‑2 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with equivalent customer‑service background.
• Basic knowledge of customer relations and microcomputer hardware.
• Strong verbal communication, writing and correspondence skills.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
