About the role
You will act as a trusted advisor for affluent travelers, guiding them through a consultative sales process to book premium cruise experiences. The position works with warm, high‑intent inbound leads and focuses on delivering white‑glove service to sophisticated clients.
Key responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads, conduct discovery conversations to capture travel preferences, budgets and expectations.
- Present curated cruise options, explaining itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers and value propositions.
- Build rapport and trust with high‑net‑worth clients, handling objections with grace.
- Manage multi‑week nurture cycles, juggling 5–15+ simultaneous conversations.
- Maintain flawless CRM records, accurate lead staging and comprehensive interaction documentation.
- Coordinate follow‑ups and seamless handoffs to tour operators after booking.
Required profile
- 2+ years in sales or client‑facing roles (hospitality, real estate, financial services or similar high‑ticket environments).
- Proven experience managing high‑net‑worth clients.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate multi‑touch, multi‑week sales cycles.
- Excellent listening, consultative mindset and detail‑oriented approach.
- Calm, confident demeanor suited to mature, sophisticated clientele.
- University degree or at least 2 years of college education.
