Corporate Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

Coforge is seeking a motivated Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions for new hires and existing staff. You will work across classroom and e‑learning formats, ensuring training aligns with business goals and improves performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute training programs using in‑classroom sessions and e‑learning platforms.
• Plan, organize, and implement a variety of training activities for new hires and current employees.
• Lead classroom sessions for onboarding and conduct one‑on‑one feedback meetings.
• Assist in developing curricula and monitor its impact on learner performance.
• Create and maintain documentation that streamlines the training asset lifecycle.
• Review and enhance training materials for clarity, engagement, and scalability.
• Analyze training data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage translation and localization of courses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are accessible and effective.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of training experience in a BPO environment.
• Self‑directed with strong initiative.
• Excellent team player capable of cross‑functional collaboration.
• Clear written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization abilities.
• Knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Ability to master the full training cycle and present complex information.
