About the role
We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to provide virtual support to our Arizona construction team. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will align your schedule with Mountain Standard Time and assist in keeping projects on track.
Key responsibilities
- Enter project data and documentation into Yardi and Elevate.
- Create and maintain an organized filing system for contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and close‑out documents.
- Track project submittals and RFIs, maintaining accurate status logs.
- Draft, issue, and monitor contracts and change orders as needed.
- Verify vendor paperwork, including insurance and business licenses.
- Review vendor and contractor invoices for accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
- Prepare regular reports for the construction team.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a leading construction company.
- Graduated with honors from a reputable college (preferred).
- Strong organizational ability and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Effective professional communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and team‑player mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi project management software.
- Experience using Elevate project management software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
