Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead overall building construction, interior fit‑out and MEP works for high‑end commercial projects in Tuguegarao City, coordinating design teams and subcontractors to deliver on schedule, quality and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction, interior fit‑out and MEP projects from initiation to close‑out.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant building and safety codes.
• Coordinate with permit architects, structural, MEP and cost consultants across locations.
• Manage project schedule, budget, risk and resource planning.
• Prepare weekly progress reports covering quality, safety, cost and timelines.
• Monitor and enforce quality and safety standards on site.
• Identify and resolve emerging issues to keep the project on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 5‑6 years of project management experience in ground‑up building construction and high‑end commercial interior fit‑out.
• Proven experience with unique finishes and specialized systems.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams across different geographical locations.
• Business‑level proficiency in English, both written and oral.
