Community Manager – Remote (Philippines)

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound messaging on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Gorgias.
• Address inquiries from creators and affiliates, resolve issues, and support influencer relationships.
• Track and manage monthly affiliate product shipments and first‑time orders.
• Coordinate store credit issuance and fulfillment activities with global 3PLs.
• Maintain workflow tracking and operational databases in Notion and Slack.
• Manage multiple active DM pipelines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support high‑volume order tracking and shipping coordination workflows.

Required profile

• Near‑native/expert English written fluency with strong reading comprehension.
• Warm, personable, professional communication style.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple messaging pipelines simultaneously.
• Experience in social media management, influencer outreach, or e‑commerce community management is preferred.
