About the role
The Collections Trainer designs, delivers, and continuously improves training programs for collections specialists. This role ensures that learning aligns with operational goals, compliance standards, and a customer‑centric approach.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate instructor‑led, virtual, and blended learning sessions for onboarding, upskilling, and policy updates.
- Develop and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, eLearning modules, and knowledge checks.
- Convert complex collections processes, call flows, and regulatory requirements into clear, learner‑friendly content.
- Support digital learning asset creation using authoring tools and ensure seamless integration with the LMS (SCORM/xAPI).
- Gather feedback, monitor performance trends, and recommend targeted training solutions.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in collections operations, preferably consumer collections.
- 2+ years of experience delivering training in a contact‑center or operations environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex regulatory content.
- Experience creating facilitator guides, job aids, and eLearning modules.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and version‑control processes.
