Business Relationship Officer – West Avenue

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in achieving volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The role is based at the West Avenue branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales targets through account acquisition and cross‑selling of YGC products.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute sales activities that promote retail banking products and services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of bank policies, risk‑management controls and credit evaluation procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field (minimum four‑year program).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales‑driven banking environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Strong leadership mindset with a focus on strategic planning and results orientation.
• Understanding of risk‑management controls and credit evaluation processes.
