Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in meeting its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. You will work closely with the Business Relationship Manager to drive sales performance and enhance customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and support account acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum 4‑year graduate).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to apply learned tools in leadership situations.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and banking policies.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation and analysis techniques.
