About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based at the Batangas (P. Gomez) branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Identify opportunities for account acquisition and product cross‑selling.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program.
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to apply learned tools in a leadership context.
Required skills
- Strategic planning and management knowledge.
- Financial management and risk‑management controls.
- Account management experience.
- Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, procedures and bank products.
