About the role
The Business Development Manager drives growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence. This role blends strategic thinking, sales expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration to generate revenue and meet long‑term objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
- Prepare regular performance, forecast, and opportunity reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Strategic, results‑driven mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
