About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager – Sales to lead our Business Center in Batangas. The role focuses on planning and executing sales strategies, achieving targets, and ensuring the long‑term sustainability of the branch.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Business Center’s sales plan in line with Retail Banking Group objectives.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor movements and identify new sales opportunities.
- Grow the customer base through internal and external sales initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure timely servicing of their financial needs.
- Track performance against goals and report results to senior management.
Required profile
- Team player with a passion for the banking environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related discipline.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, management and financial management.
- Ability to build solid relationships with business units and customers.
