Bolivia - Aprendiz de Proyectos

About the role

This is a six‑month apprenticeship in the Projects area of the Technical Services & Production Management at TotalEnergies Bolivia. The position is based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra and follows a regular office schedule (08:00‑12:00 and 14:00‑18:00).

Key responsibilities

• Support the project team in the preparation and follow‑up of technical studies.
• Prepare and update project documentation, reports and presentations.
• Utilise Hysys and AutoCAD to develop process simulations and engineering drawings.
• Collect, analyse and present data using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure confidentiality of project information.

Required profile

• Student (8th semester) or recent graduate (within 1 year) in Chemical, Petroleum or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum academic average of 80/100.
• Willingness to live and work in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – proficient.
• Hysys – advanced level.
• AutoCAD – advanced level.
