Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

Wing Assistant is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its remote team. You will support English‑speaking customers as well as French or Mandarin speakers, handling inquiries via email, portal, and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client emails and portal requests in English and French or Mandarin.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, prioritising urgent and last‑minute client needs.
• Provide empathetic support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clear communication in both languages.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions according to internal procedures.
• Build trusted relationships through proactive, solution‑oriented interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (written & spoken) and French or Mandarin (written & spoken).
• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B environment.
• Strong phone, email, and instant‑messaging communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work on an EST/PST shift schedule (approximately 40 hrs/week).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with VoIP technology.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Calendar.
• Knowledge of desktop‑sharing and cloud‑service tools.
