Barista

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our café team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our drink menu and delivering high‑quality beverages in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their preferences, and recommend suitable drinks.
• Prepare a variety of beverages—including milk tea, fruit tea, fresh tea, latte, coffee, juice, chocolate, and slush—following standardized recipes.
• Process orders accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and monitor inventory levels.
• Operate and troubleshoot beverage equipment, perform routine maintenance, and report any issues.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest menu improvements to management.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year Food & Beverage program or a senior high school graduate with NCII certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a casual dine‑in restaurant, fast‑food outlet, or coffee shop (experience with brands such as Starbucks, UCC, Coffee Bean, etc., is a plus).
• Fresh graduates with on‑the‑job training as a Barista are also welcome.
• Visible tattoos are permitted if they can be concealed or covered.

Required skills

• Drink preparation and recipe execution.
• Operation of coffee and tea brewing equipment.
• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) transaction processing.
• Basic inventory management.
