Aviation Parts & MRO Supervisor / Trainer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines oversees the Aviation Parts and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) department. The supervisor will train and mentor a dedicated support team, ensure compliance with industry standards, and coordinate sales and customer service activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the client‑partner support team.
• Train entry‑level associates on aviation/MRO terminology, parts inquiry handling, RFQ workflow, and documentation.
• Monitor performance metrics and compile operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate customer service and sales efforts to meet organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, repair orders, and logistics documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in aviation parts, MRO administration, or related aerospace back‑office functions.
• At least 1 year in a leadership, training, QA, or senior coordination role.
• Strong English communication skills, especially business email writing.
• Ability to create clear step‑by‑step instructions for fresh graduates.
