Associate Recruiter – 12-Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a 12‑month contract. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates while supporting our manufacturing hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruiting, from gathering job requirements to offer negotiations.
• Create and manage a positive candidate experience throughout application and interview stages.
• Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to align talent strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all candidate activities.
• Stay current on sourcing strategies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Handle personally identifiable information (PII) in compliance with Asurion’s privacy policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven ability to conduct full‑life‑cycle recruiting in high‑volume or retail environments.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills with both stakeholders and candidates.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with experience working in fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented settings.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations using virtual hiring tools.
• Prior experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
