Assistant Brand Manager – Campaign Development

About the role

The Assistant Brand Manager (Campaign Development) will support the creation and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for our product portfolio. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help drive new product launches and market opportunities while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategic business plans for product categories.
• Formulate long‑ and short‑term marketing plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop marketing programs and projects for new product launches and market opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for product development, launch, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Creative, Media, PR/Digital agencies, Corporate Media, and Research for integrated campaigns.
• Prepare sales information for monthly business reviews.
• Ensure compliance with marketing policies and brand visual identity.
• Gather reports on competitor pricing and product performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, creative agencies, and the Marketing Assistant for marketing materials.
• Develop memos for campaign launches for SBM/BM approval.

Required profile

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in Brand Management (especially New Product Development/Product Innovation), Marketing or Advertising.
• Proven experience in developing strategic business and marketing plans.
• Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid set‑up.
