Assembly Manufacturing Technician

About the role

The Assembly Manufacturing Technician is responsible for ensuring 100% preventive maintenance response, managing equipment documentation, and supporting new equipment installations in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities and maintain the Equipment 201 file.
• Serve as the focal point for new equipment setup, major equipment problem resolution, and equipment restoration.
• Assist equipment engineers on projects aimed at improving equipment performance, extending part life, and managing spare parts.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, checklists, and specifications.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues related to equipment performance.
• Mentor line maintenance technicians and support skill‑up training.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support manufacturing requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 2‑year technology course.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Maintenance Technician in a semiconductor company.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
