About the role
We are looking for a proactive Admin Assistant to manage our front‑desk operations and provide first‑level administrative support across multiple departments. The role combines reception duties with facilities coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications, routing them efficiently.
- Oversee meeting‑room reservations, maintain accurate usage records, and coordinate required equipment.
- Process gate‑pass, work‑permit, and access‑card requests in line with building policies.
- Issue and maintain company IDs, handle parking requests, and keep related documentation up to date.
- Support Facilities Operations and Engineering teams by addressing facilities‑related issues and providing help‑desk assistance.
Required profile
- Professional demeanor when interacting with stakeholders and guests.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle complaints calmly.
- Basic record‑keeping and document‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated yet comfortable working as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office, email platforms).
