Accounts Payable Analyst – Invoice Processing

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team supporting RingCentral subsidiaries. The role focuses on invoice processing, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration while working North American hours from a hybrid office setup.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices using Concur and NetSuite, maintaining service level agreements.
• Ensure transactions comply with fixed‑asset policies, approval authority, amortization, cost‑center guidelines and country‑specific rules.
• Identify and resolve issues, driving process improvements with procurement, suppliers and accounting teams.
• Collaborate with the US executive assistant to submit accurate expense reports.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, verify monthly statements and support month‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a global shared‑service or BPO environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA a plus).
• Willingness to work North American hours and a hybrid schedule (10‑11 days in office per month in Cubao or Ortigas).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• NetSuite (preferred) or SAP/Oracle ERP platforms.
• Coupa and Auditoria (optional).
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
