Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our finance function at our Quezon City office. You will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the organization’s mission of protecting music creators’ rights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage journal entries, ledger maintenance, and fixed‑asset records.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a non‑profit or collective‑management environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
