Accountant – Remote Finance & Accounting Role

About the role

Attivo Partners is seeking a resourceful Accountant to join its fast‑growing, remote finance team. You will own critical accounting tasks and help scale the reporting function for venture‑backed startup clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger.
• Assist with the monthly close by posting journal entries, performing reconciliations, and conducting ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Build strong relationships with client teams to ensure high‑quality service and deliverables.
• Support projects and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
