Accountant (Onsite, Cebu)

About the role

TOA Global is seeking a detail‑driven Accountant to join its Cebu team. You will provide high‑quality accounting services to a portfolio of small and medium‑sized non‑profit organisations based in the United States, working onsite full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage vendor bills, customer invoices, payments, deposits, journal entries and payroll entries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, trial balances, fixed‑asset registers and financial statements for multiple clients.
• Process payroll and record third‑party payroll entries, ensuring accurate taxes and liabilities.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly management reports.
• Prepare, reconcile and analyse accounting records to ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams about task status and issues.
• Log time and transactions by client to guarantee billing transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Active Philippine CPA licence.
• 4‑5 years of progressive, hands‑on accounting experience covering AP/AR, payroll and financial reporting.
• Strong time‑management and ability to meet tight deadlines independently.
