Account Manager – North America Off‑Highway

About the role

Join Allison’s Off‑Highway division as an Account Manager responsible for driving growth and profitability across assigned North American accounts. Reporting to the Head of OEM Mobile Sales North America Off‑Highway, you will act as the voice of the customer and champion Allison’s value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead account management and business development for designated OEM customers in North America.
• Build and nurture profitable relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term partnership.
• Coordinate internal resources across segment, platform, product management, engineering and operations teams to meet customer needs.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand market share and drive system/platform adoption.
• Monitor performance metrics, forecast sales, and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales within the off‑highway, automotive or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of OEM relationships and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, global organization and travel as needed.
