Account Manager (Hybrid – Nuvali, Laguna)

About the role

Tito Solutions is seeking a proactive Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Working in a hybrid setup at Nuvali, Laguna, you will ensure projects align with client goals, are delivered on time, and continuously improve to drive satisfaction and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining long‑term relationships.
• Lead regular client calls, updates, and discussions to keep stakeholders informed.
• Oversee project execution, managing timelines, scope, and expectations.
• Monitor account health, track performance, and provide insights for improvement.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Prepare and present regular reports, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams.
• Guarantee deliverables meet Tito Solutions standards and client expectations, addressing risks or delays proactively.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Project Coordination (associate level).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with international clients is a plus.
• Nice to have: background in marketing, experience in tech‑related projects, familiarity with CRM and project‑management tools.
