About the role
Join Nestlé Business Services as an Account Manager responsible for building and strengthening strategic partnerships between the NBS Center and market teams in the Philippines. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure service quality, and support new service offerings that deliver measurable business value.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and nurture a collaborative partnership with market management, adapting the Total Service Quality model to local needs.
- Lead the Operational Master Plan, aligning market‑level plans and tracking progress.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using NCE methodologies and promote replication of successful projects.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end issue resolution within committed timelines and ensure market requirements are understood.
- Oversee execution of activities to guarantee on‑time, in‑full delivery, align on value KPIs, and monitor vendor performance for the Hub & Spoke model.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service roles within supply chain, finance, or HR, preferably in shared services or BPO environments.
- Proven track record leading continuous‑improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience with shared‑services costing frameworks, ABC drivers, and charge‑back mechanisms is a plus.
