About the role
Teleperformance is seeking a Workforce Scheduling Supervisor to lead scheduling operations in its dynamic contact centre located in Mandaluyong City. The role starts immediately and offers a full‑time, on‑site position.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage for inbound and outbound interactions.
- Coordinate with team leads to align workforce plans with service level targets.
- Monitor schedule adherence and adjust allocations as needed to meet demand fluctuations.
