Website & Search Supervisor

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, as part of the Nestlé Business Services team delivering world‑class digital support. You will lead the operational excellence of website, search and D2C initiatives, ensuring high‑quality standards across corporate and brand sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the performance, consistency and optimisation of Nestlé corporate and brand websites.
• Implement and operationalise SEO strategies using tools such as BrightEdge, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Mentor and manage a team of Web, Search and D2C specialists, planning resources and guiding project delivery.
• Monitor traffic, rankings, conversions and other key metrics, providing actionable recommendations to brand managers and digital agencies.
• Lead large‑scale website migrations, pilot new services and support ad‑hoc testing of new functionalities.
• Develop documentation and keep the team updated on web and SEO best practices.

Required profile

• University degree in English, Digital Media, International Relations, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience managing a team of specialists.
• Proven experience with SEO, CMS for content and e‑commerce platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with website measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SessionCam).
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong leadership and communication skills.
