About the role
Indra Philippines is seeking a VIP Desktop Support Specialist who is fluent in English to join its on‑site IT team in Pasig City. The role focuses on delivering premium desktop support services to high‑profile clients, ensuring rapid issue resolution and a seamless user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line desktop support to VIP clients, handling hardware and software incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, adhering to service‑level agreements.
- Document incidents, solutions, and maintain accurate support records.
- Collaborate with the broader IT team to share knowledge and improve support processes.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients.
Required profile
