UKG/Kronos Manager – People Consulting

About the role

EY is seeking a UKG/Kronos Manager to join its Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting practice. You will lead payroll consulting and workforce management services for global clients, ensuring alignment of HR functions with organizational strategy while championing employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow payroll consulting and workforce management capabilities across the business.
• Develop strong relationships with global practice leaders and achieve targets for productivity, utilization, head‑count growth and market penetration.
• Deliver project engagements, lead client workshops, and provide expertise in knowledge areas.
• Support sales and business development initiatives, framing extensions and project expansions for existing clients.
• Serve in varied roles such as Engagement Manager, Application Architect, Process & Best Practice Consultant, and Application Consultant.
• For Application Consultant duties: participate in full life‑cycle activities, ensure product design meets business requirements, act as functional or technical lead, collaborate with Process Specialists, and advise during build and test phases.
• For Process/Best Practice Consultant duties: facilitate end‑state visioning sessions, ensure delivery quality, manage engagement risk, economics, escalations, planning and budgeting, and develop thought‑leadership assets.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience with UKG/Kronos payroll and workforce management solutions.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale consulting engagements and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of delivering high‑impact projects.
• Experience supporting sales, business development, and practice growth initiatives.
