Training Instructor

About the role

The Training Instructor will design, deliver, and continuously improve instructor‑led training programs focused on AI, automation, and a wide range of technology solutions. You will work with internal and external audiences to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver established training courses using proven material, methods, and techniques.
• Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual sessions for small groups, teams, or whole organizations.
• Adapt training content to meet specific client requirements and evolving business needs.
• Develop and own training programs for new tools, technologies, and products.
• Provide real‑time feedback to learners and support senior trainers on complex sessions.
• Administer and evaluate learning assessments, using results to refine delivery methods.
• Maintain version control of all training materials.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4‑6 years of relevant training or instructional experience.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation concepts.
• Ability to tailor content on the fly to meet participant needs.
• Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve delivery style.
