Trainer III

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Trainer III to deliver employee training on product features, technology, and client tools. The role involves designing clear training sequences, collaborating with subject‑matter experts, and continuously improving training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct employee training classes on products, technology, and processes.
• Organize training content in a logical sequence for effective delivery.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to keep training material current.
• Prepare and review training resources and materials for each class.
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants to improve sessions.
• Participate in and lead “train‑the‑trainer” sessions.
• Produce and distribute training reports to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies.

Required profile

• Ability to expand skills within analytical or operational processes.
• Experience completing atypical assignments with limited supervision.
• Capability to provide guidance to junior team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills for clear communication of information and ideas.
• Discretion to modify work practices to improve efficiency and results.
